Delivery information

This shop does not have a physical store. All orders placed through our shop will be shipped directly from the warehouse using the selected delivery method.

All deliveries are carried out via DPD, FedEx, TNT, and UPS.

If your country is not included in the delivery list, this does not necessarily mean that we do not deliver there. Please contact us, and we will provide you with an available delivery option and the most suitable courier service.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us, and we will offer the fastest delivery option available on the market.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address.

All purchased products will be shipped from the European Union (Latvia).

Delivery Price

The system will automatically calculate delivery costs if the total shipment weight does not exceed 31.5 kg. For orders exceeding this weight, please contact us, and we will arrange a pallet delivery option.

The delivery cost is calculated depending on your country of residence, as well as the dimensions and weight of the ordered spare parts. All prices are calculated after the buyer provides a delivery address in the order form. Delivery costs can therefore be checked after placing the selected items in the shopping cart and entering the delivery address on the “Information” page.

Important Notice

Due to the current geopolitical situation, and in strict compliance with national legislation as well as applicable international regulations, including the EU Sanctions Regulations, we do not sell or deliver any products to CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries.

Attention

If you notice that a package has been damaged upon receipt, you must immediately notify the courier or Pickup Parcel Delivery Service who delivered the shipment and request a Package Breakage Statement.

Once the ordered item has been accepted and signed for without any comments on the consignment note, the delivery shall be deemed completed properly and without claims.
